Short Description:
TREI ASAR, the Twelve Prophets,” is a panorama of Jewish history. It begins in the years when there were two Jewish Kingdoms, and the Ten Tribes of the North seemed to be by far the more powerful. It ends with the Northern Kingdom in oblivion, and the Two Tribes of the South, Judah and Benjamin, on the way back to their Land, to build the Second Temple.
